Where is my tracking link?
Once your parcel is dispatched, your shipping confirmation email includes its tracking link. You can also choose “Track order with Shop” in your order email.
When will my order arrive?
Orders normally process in 1–3 business days. Standard transit is estimated at 8–12 business days after dispatch. Free shipping applies to U.S. orders. See our shipping policy for full details.
Tracking not updated yet?
A tracking number can appear before the carrier completes its first scan. Check your shipping email, including spam or promotions folders. Contact us if you need a hand.
